We care about how we work as much as about the work itself. Every project starts by asking the right questions, the scope is clarified, and the design and the technical structure are built together. After launch we carry on with measurement, maintenance and further development, keeping the same careful approach with brands from different sectors and different countries.
We carry the same way of building into our own products. Keysletter is our SaaS product, developed by us from its design and software to its infrastructure and user experience. Since launch we have kept it growing by following user needs and feedback.

We apply these six principles to the same standard in every project. The client, the budget, the schedule or the geography may change; our technical quality and the way we build do not.

Performance
We set Core Web Vitals targets at the start of the project. Page speed and performance stay among the core criteria we watch throughout design and development.

Accessibility
Keyboard navigation, screen reader support and WCAG criteria are handled as part of the design and experience process. We treat accessibility as one of the basic requirements of an interface, not a feature added afterwards.

Search Visibility
Clean URLs, structured data, multilingual tagging and server-rendered content are built as natural parts of the technical structure. We plan the technical SEO requirements from the start, so search engines read and index the content correctly.

Security
Current dependencies, content security policies, token-validated forms and rate limiting are part of the core security setup. Security checks run through the whole of development, and possible risks are assessed before launch.

Measurability
We see launch as the start of measurement rather than the end of a project. Page speed, search visibility and error logs are monitored, and the areas to improve are decided on the data that comes back.

Integration
APIs, third-party services and existing systems are built to fit the technical structure of the project. Data flows and integration points are planned from the start, so the systems keep working together in a way that can be maintained.
