The Questions We Get Asked Most
Getting Started
3 Questions-
How do we get started?
The first step is a feasibility call. We go through your needs, your goals, your audience, your current setup and your budget expectations. We then send you the scope of the project, the work plan and a budget range in writing. There is no charge for this first assessment.
-
What should you prepare before we start?
If you have them, you can share your current website, your logo and brand files, any text and images you already have, or examples you like. None of this has to be ready. Missing content and design needs can be completed together within the project; if you need a logo or a brand identity, that can be part of the work too.
-
What shapes the project budget?
We set the budget by the scope of the project rather than by the number of pages. We look at the screens to be designed, the features to be built, the integrations, the content needs and the work we will take on through the project. Once the scope is clear, we send the budget in writing, broken down by item.
Services and Scope
4 Questions-
What kind of services can you get?
We work on corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, web applications, custom software, API integrations, SaaS product development, brand identity and graphic design. Depending on the need, you can take a single service or bring several of them together in the same project.
-
Do you build custom software and APIs?
Yes. We build software, APIs and system integrations tailored to business processes. Data exchange with existing systems, third-party service connections and integrations between different pieces of software are handled according to the technical needs of the project.
-
Do you build e-commerce and WooCommerce projects?
Yes. We build e-commerce sites and web applications, and we can work with WooCommerce and other e-commerce platforms. Payment, shipping, accounting, ERP and other third-party integrations can be included in the scope of the project.
-
How does the process work if I am outside Türkiye?
We also work with clients who live or operate outside Türkiye. From the first call to delivery, communication, meetings, documentation and feedback all run online. When needed, we carry the project communication and the deliverables in English as well.
Process and Delivery
3 Questions-
How does the project process run?
First we clarify the needs and the scope. Then we move through discovery, design, development, testing and launch. Every stage has regular feedback points, and progress is followed in shared workspaces.
-
How do revisions work?
During the design stage we go through your feedback together and make the changes that are needed. The scope of revisions is set in writing at the proposal stage, together with how we handle new requests that fall outside it.
-
Who prepares and enters the content?
The website is delivered with a content management panel. We build a structure where you can manage text, images and blog posts. Depending on the scope of the project, we can help prepare and enter the first content, or hand it over so that your own team runs it.
Technical Infrastructure
3 Questions-
Is SEO included?
We treat technical SEO as part of the technical structure of a web project. URL structure, title and description fields, structured data, an XML sitemap, multilingual tags and page performance are set up within the project. Keyword research, SEO content production and a full content strategy can be planned separately.
-
Do you build accessible websites?
Keyboard navigation, visible focus states, colour contrast and markup that screen readers can interpret are handled through design and development. If a particular WCAG conformance level or a formal audit is the goal, that is added to the scope of the project separately.
-
How will the site work on mobile devices?
We build websites responsively, so they adapt to different screen sizes. The design takes different screen widths into account from the start, and images and content are optimised for what the device needs.
After Delivery
3 Questions-
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. We offer maintenance, technical support and further development. The scope of maintenance, the work it covers and how we stay in touch are set in writing at the proposal stage. You can also reach us for new development or support without a maintenance agreement.
-
Can new features be added after delivery?
Yes. The website and the software behind it are built so that new pages, languages, features and integrations can be added. When a new development need comes up, we assess the scope, quote for it separately and carry on working on the existing structure.
-
How can I get in touch if there is a technical problem?
You can reach us by email, by phone or through the contact form on the website. Our support and working hours are 09.00–18.00 on weekdays.
